Dr. Manju Jilla completed her MD in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from Government Medical College Aurangabad in 1991 and started Jilla Hospital Aurangabad in 1992. Seeing the pain of infertility in her patients, she has since dedicated her life to eradicating the problem. Dr. Jilla attended several trainings – low cost ovarian stimulation (Tokyo, Japan), ICSI (Naples, Italy), Embryo Biopsy (Barcelona, Spain), etc, and built holistic knowledge on the subject. She is a pioneer of infertility treatment in the region achieving the first IVF pregnancy in 1997, the first ICSI pregnancy in 1998, the first frozen embryo pregnancy in 2002 and the first frozen oocyte pregnancy in 2003.
Staying true to her purpose of serving all sections of society, Dr. Jilla still has some of the lowest IVF costs in the country.
She is also the Medical Director of Jilla IVF Clinics Private Limited and successfully leads Jilla Infertility Clinic Aurangabad and Jilla IVF Mumbai. She has performed around 8000 endoscopic surgeries, given 5000+ IVF pregnancies, and has seen around 60 patients a day for the past 30 years.

For all Clinical IVF courses, the location will be Jilla Hospital, Auranagabad.
For all Gynecology courses, the minimum qualification is a post graduate in gynaecology and obstetrics (DGO/D–NB/MD/MS in Gynaecology and Obstetrics).

We have seen lots of brilliant doctors not able to sustain in IVF practice because it really is difficult at the beginning. There are a lot of moving parts and one has to take a lot of hits before learning to stand strong on their feet. While all the above programs train you in parts of ART treatment, none take the responsibility to make your IVF clinic a success. Additionally, a key part that is missed in the above programs is infrastructure. The quality of your lab is as important as embryology practices. When your lab integrates the fundamentals of embryo protection in it, becomes more allowing to embryologists. Such a lab allows you to do day 5 transfers and be confident in your culture conditions and freezing program.
