Dr. Manju Jilla , the medical director of Jilla IVF centre is the most well read and researched doctor in the field of IVF. She was the 1st one to start IVF in Marathwada region in the 1990s and since then she has helped more than 10,000 couples achieve healthy pregnancies. She has also trained numerous doctors around the globe in IVF. She is not just an Infertility specialist but also holds a PhD in molecular genetics. She has also guided and helped other IVF centres improve their success rate and results.
Very few labs in the country have in house embryologist and this is the biggest drawback of infertility centres in India. At Jilla IVF centre Natasha Jilla (lab director and Embryologist) takes full responsibility of the embryology lab and the results that they achieve. She constantly strives to see that the success rate of the embryology lab is more than 80%. This helps the team of Jilla IVF centre to focus on both the clinical as well as embryology aspect of each case.
